Some beautiful brown things... I really enjoy brown in very basic, minimal things that always look good with a patina... What can brown do for you... SS

This structure is just wonderful... As few things going on as possible... You don't need much when all is focused... Clean the palette, less is more... SS

CORDOVAN

Call it what you will... burgundy, maroon, even brown, this is one rich, elegant color for me...It really works with the greens from earlier posts... I am so into my navy blues that I need to reach out into the other color pots... It also helps that each one of these products are completely dope in any color... SS

CLEAN TOWELS

White cotton part two... I am just as partial to fluffy, clean white towels as I am to the white cotton posted about previously... You know, I reckon the towels can only be made better by the company you share them with... Stay fresh my friend... SS

What is it about crisp, clean white cotton... Maybe in the quest for the freshest of simple things, the most generic and basic win out... Okay, so maybe a lot of it has to do with what is attached to that beautiful white cotton stuff, I admit... SS

How beautifully is this timeless design working right here... Check how smooth the flow is off the hull... Okay, so it's as sheet glass as it gets, but still I love the feel of this.. SS

Not only do I feel partial to military type green, I also have a softspot for beautifully designed products in all shades of green... SS

Military green... I love this color, and always have... It lends itself to product design at all levels as these examples show... Olive drab in any shade just takes any chance of bling right out of the mix... SS

NEW WAVE two

So here goes part two of me strolling the past... Here is a shot of a board I shaped and painted for a cool guy named Mike Salisbury... He was a guy of note in our design culture back in the early eighties, did all kinds of great things, probably still does for that matter... This board was brought to my attention recently because it was put up for auction in Hawaii at the premier sale for this kind of stuff... I do not know exactly what it went for, but I heard third hand it was over three grand... I guess it is time to dust off the old pile of equipment that is sitting around...
